MFM DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE FOR TODAY 21ST SEPT 2022
Jesus Christ, our high priest, came to the world to die for us. He was innocent, undefiled, set apart from sinners and exalted above heavens. Unlike other high priests, He did not need to offer daily sacrifice, first for His own sins and then for the sins of the people. Rather, He was sacrificed for the sins of mankind, and it was a once for all sacrifice. Christ’s sacrifice is the most valuable, most rewarding and most redeeming.
As a once for all, it means that no other sacrifice is needed and no other can match it in value and significance.
It is perfect and eternally efficacious. How do you draw from the power and benefit of that sacrifice? It is by faith in the finished, complete and perfect work of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. If you are a believer, washed in the blood of the Lamb, there is no other sacrifice after the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ for atonement for sin, healing, redemption, deliverance, or whatever purpose.
Christ’s once for all sacrifice is the greatest sin offering. It also has the greatest power of deliverance, healing and everything you desire for life and godliness. Beloved, do not let anyone deceive you into making any sacrifice with goats, rams, birds or anything else.
