NNPP Reveals pastor, ( Bishop) Idahosa as Kwankwaso running mate
The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has announced pastor Isaac Idahosa as the running mate.
This was revealed by NNPP presidential candidate Rabiu Kwankwaso.

“Our VP Pastor Bishop Isaac Idahosa from Edo State,” NNPP tweeted on Thursday.
Issac Idahosa is the presiding Bishop and the senior pastor of God First Ministry popularly known as Illumination Assembly,
The church is located in Lekki Light Centre (LLC), Lagos.
Kwankwaso Prefers Bishop Isaac Idahosa As NNPP running Mate
After failing to secure a joint ticket with Peter Obi, a former governor of Anambra State, with the Labour Party, Kwankwaso made his selection.
The two political parties had previously declared that they were in talks to form an alliance in front of the 2023 elections, but those talks were terminated by Obi’s unwillingness to serve as Kwankwaso’s running mate.

The Labour Party had also asked Kwankwaso to run as Obi’s running mate, but the former governor of Kano State declined.
If Obi is chosen to represent the merged two parties, Kwankwaso contended that northern voters won’t support him.
NNPP announces pastor, Bisahop Idahosa as Kwankwaso running mate
Kwankwaso stated on Channels Television that “the implication is that if you place somebody from the south-east, regrettably, there are many challenges in the south-east.”
“You know, this country’s maladministration problem affects northern voters the most. Even in those circumstances, a northern voter thinks that an unified Nigeria is preferable for him.
