OPEN HEAVEN 30 DECEMBER 2022 BIBLE READING 2 CHRONICLES 36:15-16

15. And the LORD God of their fathers sent to them by his messengers, rising up betimes, and sending; because he had compassion on his people, and on his dwelling place:

16. But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, till there was no remedy.

OPEN HEAVEN DAILY CONFESSION AND DECLARATION

I confess today I am obedient to the words and commands of God. AND I am not recalcitrant and unyielding. ALSO,  I know what they Will of the Lord is and I do it. Therefore, I do not attract the anger of God. Instead, I attract His love and commendation in Jesus name. Amen. Hallelujah!

Open Heaven 30 December 2022 MESSAGE:

The greatest mistake anyone can ever make in life is to provoke the Almighty God. 1 John 4:8 tells us that God is love. He is not just a loving God, He is love personified, but Hebrews 12:29 also says He is a consuming fire.

Every coin has two sides. On one side of God, you have love – love so great that He gave His only begotten Son for our sake. On the other side, however, He is a consuming fire. Thus when you hear of people who talk about God as love only, about grace 100% of the time and nothing more, stay away from them.

God is indeed kind, merciful, and loving, but don’t mess with Him because He is a consuming fire. If He loves you specially and you fool around with Him, He will deal with you. The word of God made it clear in Hebrews 12:6 “For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.”

You would think the Bible would say that whosoever the Father loves, He kisses, but that is not what it says. If you know that what you are doing is wrong and have been corrected severally yet you refuse to yield, then you are very likely provoking Him to anger already.

You had better stop doing that thing you know He does not like. Proverbs 29:1 says: “He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy.”

Nobody can tell me that because God loves you, you can go ahead and do whatever you like. If you can do whatever you like, it is likely that He has forsaken you, because the Bible made it clear in Hebrews 12:8 “But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.”

For those who say, Pastor Adeboye is legalistic, he is always talking law, I didn’t write the Bible. It is stated there clearly in both the Old and New Testaments that if you are doing wrong and God is not punishing you for it, then you are a bastard, and bastards will not be admitted into the kingdom of heaven (Matthew 7:21-23).

Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your provisions and all the awesome opportunities You bring my way each day. Thank You for making Your way in the dark and for lighting up the way forward. Give me the grace to say thank You more often in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

My father, I come before You today, asking for forgiveness of sin. Please wash me clean and show me mercy in Jesus name.

Father, help me to be wise and fear You in Jesus name.

Oh Lord, help me to obey Your commands and stay away from evil in the name of Jesus.

Father, help me not to provoke You to anger. Make me a submissive and obedient child in Jesus name.

Lord, may I not keep going against Your will and disobeying You. Help me to stay obedient to Your commands in the name of Jesus.

Father, when You correct me, help me to take the correction and make immediate adjustments in Jesus name.

Oh Lord, may I never be consumed by Your fire. By Your mercy, keep me from disobedience and recalcitrance in Jesus name.

PRAYERS

Father, please don’t hide Your secrets from me for I fear You. As I study Your Word, reveal Your mysteries to me in Jesus name.

Oh Lord, help me to amass wealth where it is necessary – in heaven and not just wealth on earth that will be consumed in Jesus name.

Lord, may I not lose eternal treasures because of my focus on material things. Help me to be content with what I have in Jesus name.

Oh Lord, as I abide in You, help me to bear fruits and let my fruits last in Jesus name.

Thank You for the benefactors and beneficiaries of Your great work on this platform (RCCGONLINE.ORG). Father I ask that fresh fire fall upon them, that they will be set ablaze for You.

Oh Lord, bless your son Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye for all his years of continual service, remember him, guide him on the path, help him remain focused, bless his entire household, and fulfill all Your promises for their liberation, ministry and family, in Jesus’ name.

Thank You Father for the intercessory team and the online platform (RCCGONLINE.ORG) and that which You have put in their hearts, I pray that You make them as flaming swords to bring men to Your kingdom and shut down the works of darkness in the name of Jesus.
