TODAY’S DEVOTION SCRIPTURE: For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 1 Timothy 6:10

OPEN HEAVEN 30 NOVEMBER 2022 BIBLE READING 1 TIMOTHY 6:10-12

10. For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

11, But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

12. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

OPEN HEAVEN DAILY CONFESSION AND DECLARATION

I confess today I have the mind of God. and I do not think like others who fix their gaze and thoughts on things that are vain and temporary. also, I fix my gaze on more excellent things .therefore,  I look upon things that are unseen for the things which are seen are temporary but the things which are unseen are eternal in Jesus’ name, Amen. Hallelujah!

Open Heaven 29 November 2022 MESSAGE:

Another very dangerous destiny killer is the love of money. One thing that you must realise from the get-go is that having a lot of money is not a God-given purpose. Being in a position where you are in control of wealth is equally not an end in itself. It is what you do with the resources God has put in your care that will determine if you will fulfill your destiny.

Joseph said his destiny was to keep people alive when the time of famine came. Becoming the Prime minister of Egypt and being in control of the wealth of the nation were merely the means God used to achieve His purpose for Joseph.

This is clear from Josephs statement in Genesis 50:20 “But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.”

If you put your focus on money, you will lose the real purpose of God for your life. Judas Iscariot was Jesus accountant; he was so focused on the money that he did not see all the other things he could get from Jesus Christ.

While Peter was being prepared to lead the Church and John was staying close to the Masters chest and hearing His secrets, Judas was after money. He got the money but lost his destiny, along with his soul. If you just follow the plan of God for your life and take your focus away from money, you will fulfil destiny and have plenty of money too.

When I became General Overseer, I was bothered about how I would take care of my family since I was leaving my job, so I thought of doing a business by the side, but God told me not to. Honestly, I was worried, but because my focus was not on money but His will, I obeyed.

Today, by Gods grace, He has blessed me with more money than I would have had if I had gone into that business. Money is good, but the love of money will hinder Gods plan for your life. Set your focus on God and His purpose for your life.

OPEN HEAVEN PRAYER POINTS FOR TODAY 30 NOVEMBER 2022

Heavenly Father, I thank You for your provisions and all the awesome opportunities You bring my way each day. Thank You for making your way in the dark and for lighting up the way forward. Give me the grace to say thank You more often in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

My father, I come before You today, asking for forgiveness of sin. Please wash me clean and show me mercy in Jesus name.

Father, let the sins of fornication, idolatry, adultery, abuse, stealing, covetousness, drunkenness, and the likes be far from me in Jesus name

Oh Lord, check my heart, prune it, and remove every atom of covetousness in it in Jesus name.

Father, everything fueling an inordinate ambition to be rich in me, making me want to go any length and do anything, take it away in Jesus name.

Father, work on me from within and let me be content. Do not let me covet after material things that will make me err from the faith and be pierced with many sorrows in the name of Jesus.

Lord, help me to flee from greed and covetousness. May I daily follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, and meekness in Jesus name.

Oh Lord, grant me true contentment. Let me be satisfied and not covetous of people’s possessions in Jesus name.

OPEN HEAVEN PRAYER GUIDE

Oh Lord, may my only panting and desire be to see Your Kingdom in the name of Jesus.

Father, help me to look at what I have and be grateful. May I not be an ungrateful and greedy person in Jesus name.

Oh Lord, help me to amass wealth where it is necessary – in heaven and not just wealth on earth that will be consumed in Jesus name.

Lord, may I not lose eternal treasures because of my focus on material things. Help me to be content with what I have in Jesus name.

Oh Lord, as I abide in You, help me to bear fruits and let my fruits last in Jesus name.

Thank You for the benefactors and beneficiaries of Your great work on this platform (RCCGONLINE.ORG). Father I ask that fresh fire fall upon them, that they will be set ablaze for You.

Oh Lord, bless your son Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye for all his years of continual service, remember him, guide him on the path, help him remain focused, bless his entire household, and fulfill all Your promises for their liberation, ministry and family, in Jesus’ name.

OPEN HEAVEN PRAYER FINAL SESSION

Thank You Father for the intercessory team and the online platform (RCCGONLINE.ORG) and that which You have put in their hearts, I pray that You make them as flaming swords to bring men to Your kingdom and shut down the works of darkness in the name of Jesus.

Father, bless everyone dedicating their time to pray through these prayers & declarations at the point of their needs. Give them the grace to share/rebroadcast, in Jesus’ name.
