Topic: TURN AWAY FROM EVIL
Text: Job 1:1 There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil. 1:2 And there were born unto him seven sons and three daughters. 1:3 His substance also was seven thousand sheep, and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses, and a very great household; so that this man was the greatest of all the men of the east.

WISDOM DAILY DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE
In a world where good is seen as evil while evil is for good, you must take a stand for good. Today evil seems to be prevailing over good because many who are supposed to stand for good are celebrating evil. Meanwhile, the reverse is supposed to be the case.
The story of Job is an example for us all to follow. To fear the Lord and turn away from evil. Meaning we must stand against evil by all means.
Anyone who prospers through evil should get ready because the judgment of God is coming and those who are involved will enjoy the result of evil doing.
What is evil, it’s speaking or wishing your fellow human beings death or bad, being fraudulent, false accusations, and other vices. No man who fears the Lord will be involved in any form of evil, because our God is always doing good, therefore, emulate God accordingly.
Do you realize you can also be an ambassador of good wherever you find yourself, like in your place of work, business, where you stay, etc? If this is done evil will be beaten down drastically.
WDD TODAY
Jesus speaking in Matthew 12:35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. you can’t eschew evil unless you are endowed with good. In other words, It takes one who has good intentions always to turn away from evil. Always have good intentions and evil cannot find expression around your domain. Glory to God.
Prayer Dear Father, I pray that you will give your people the courage to eschew evil and to stand for good always, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
