Wisdom Daily Devotional Wednesday 14th 2022
Topic: PEACE WITH GOD
Text: Text: (Romans 5:1-2)Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 5:2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
WISDOM DAILY DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE
One of the beautiful things that Jesus succeeded in doing is making peace with God and us. In times past God couldn’t commune with man due to the fall of man from his spiritual position after Adam submitted to the devil instead of God.
How was this peace attained? Apostle Paul makes us understand how Jesus did it. In 2 Corinthians 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

God was in Christ to make this peace with us and now there is no need to be afraid of war with God because we are at peace with God now. Glory to God. This peace also came from God justifying us by Himself. In other words, it was the work of God that we need to embrace. There are many who still feel that God is angry with them, but the truth is, the time when God was angry with you was over because of the peace treaty that He puts in place. What does it mean to be justified?
WDD TODAY
It means to render righteous, declared righteous. When God declared you righteous you were brought to the side of God. However, to access this peace your faith is required. Don’t allow the devil to cage you anymore with lies and deception that God is mad at you. God isn’t mad at you but is at peace with you through Jesus Christ. Hallelujah.
Prayer Father, I thank you for the peace that you put in place to enable us access your righteousness and to have access to you. I pray that the faith of your people will know this truth and enjoy the benefits thereof, in Jesus name, Amen.
