Topic: THE DESTINATION OF YOUR ENEMIES
*Text: (Psalms 27:1-2) The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? 27:2 When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.*
WISDOM DAILY DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE
God wants us to be good always to others as He is good to us. But everyone that chooses to live a wicked life should know that there is a destination for him or her. The truth is God has determined the end of your enemies from the beginning. This is why you should have a pure and loving heart.
The Psalmist declared *The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?* the only reason to be afraid is where there is no light. But thank God we are the light of the world. Is God your light? Is He your salvation? If He is there is no need to be afraid. What is the function of light? Light reveals, beautifies, clarifies, and guides. If God is both your light and your salvation, it means no harm can come near you, and the devil cannot rule over you. Hallelujah.
WDD TODAY
Then he declares about the enemy *When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.* brothers and sisters, don’t worry about the enemies and their abilities, because their end has been determined by God. They can try all they can they will surely fall. The word didn’t say the enemy will not come, the word did not say God will rescue, but the word did say your enemies will stumble and fall. Meaning there is a force field around you that the enemies cannot penetrate. Just keep your gaze on the Lord and let Him sort your enemies out as He did in the case of king Herod. *(Matthew 2:19-20) But when Herod was dead, behold, an angel of the Lord appeareth in a dream to Joseph in Egypt, 2:20 Saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and go into the land of Israel: for they are dead which sought the young child’s life.* don’t be afraid, neither be dismayed, for the Lion of the tribe of Judah has prevailed. Hallelujah.
*Prayer* I declare in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, every enemy seeking your life shall stumble and fall, in the name of Jesus’ Christ. Amen.
