Wisdom Daily Devotional Wednesday 18th 2022
Topic: LIFE IS IN JESUS
Text: (John 17:1-2) These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: 17:2 As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.*he crawling locust, The consuming locust, And the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you.*
WISDOM DAILY DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE
Jesus is the only one that God has given the authority to give life. This is the reason anyone without Jesus is lifeless.
In the Book of *(John 10:10) The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.* Jesus makes His mission clear in the text above concerning his coming. He didn’t come to start a religion nor did He come to play. He came as a remedy to those who are void of the very life of God.
When He, therefore, looked up He glorified God and reaffirmed His authority over all flesh, and the power to give them eternal life to those who accept. One thing you need to understand is that the Devil cannot speak as Jesus does.
ALSO,
When Satan wants to deceive many, he tells them I have riches, while Jesus is riches. The devil says I have life, Jesus is the life. To have Jesus is to have life, while to reject Him is to suffer eternal damnation.
No religious man could ever speak as Jesus did.

It’s either Jesus is lying or He is telling the truth. But when you check all the claims of Jesus you will discover what He said to be true, He declared in *John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.* The life that Jesus gives is the very life of God Almighty. Meanwhile, every believer has this life. Therefore, allow that life to be expressed through you.
*Prayer* Dear Lord, thank you for the life that Jesus brought to us. I declare that this life will become effective in your people, Jesus’sus name, Amen.
